Acceptance of Terms of Use
Welcome to kl33. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("User") and kl33 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kl33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document.
Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
The kl33 platform is only accessible to individuals who are aged 18 years of age or older. Users who are below the stipulated age limit are strictly prohibited from registering or using any of the services offered.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account only.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Kl33 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance purposes.
- Accounts registered with false or incomplete information may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Password Security
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify kl33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Do not share your account details with any third party.
Kl33 Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the kl33 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, system manipulation, or collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, violent, obscene, or otherwise disruptive to other users.
- Launching any cyberattacks, including attempts to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt platform operations.
- Opening or using an account on behalf of another person without valid written authorisation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, partial or full balance forfeiture at kl33's discretion, and appropriate legal action.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the kl33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits belong to them and were obtained through legitimate means.
Deposit
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set within the platform and may change from time to time.
- Kl33 supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and major Malaysian bank transfers.
- Completed deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your account.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, subject to required verification.
- Kl33 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
- Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method that has been registered and verified by the user.
- Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity will result in account termination and the freezing of funds.
Kl33 is not liable for any transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Liability Limitations & Disclaimer
The kl33 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, kl33 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including losses due to service disruption, technical errors, or account suspension carried out in accordance with these terms.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Kl33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent or manipulative activity.
- Failure to submit requested verification documents.
- Use of VPN or access from unauthorised locations.
- Account closure requested by the user.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kl33 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of kl33 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law.
Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content without explicit written permission from kl33.
Third-Party Links
The kl33 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that kl33 endorses or is responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.
Users access third-party links at their own risk. kl33 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party services.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
